Haryana govt more determined to control dengue
Due to rise in cases ofdengue from past15 days, haryana govt taking serious steps to control dengue and other similar diseases, for that Rapid Response Teams have been built district wise.
Haryana Health Minister Rao Narender Singh said that physicians, microbiologists and Deputy Civil Surgeon are visiting the affected areas and ensuring that regular fogging was carried out.

- Diagnosis of dengue was being done free of cost in government hospitals and, if needed, platelets were being provided to those suffering from dengue, he said. Platelets separation and transfusion facility was available at PGIMS, Rohtak, Gurgaon and Karnal,he said.
- Wards have been reserved for dengue patients in all district hospitals and sub hospitals and directions have been issued to all civil surgeons in this regard.
- Maximum suspected cases of dengue are from Gurgaon, he said adding two cases of dengue deaths have been reported at Gurgaon and Rohtak. In view of the suspected dengue cases in Gurgaon and Panchkhula, the required number of fogging machines have been provided to both districts and water bodies identified for carrying larvicidal activities, the minister said.
